Experience

I have worked as an Academic Success Coach and Academic Administrator for over 19 years and have an Advanced Certification in Mindset Coaching. I earned a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and a Masters Degree in College Student Personnel. Because I have worked in higher education, I have knowledge about what colleges typically offer students for academic support resources on campus, so I can encourage and assist students to seek out resources at their college.

My Approach
My coaching provides students a space to process the root causes of underlying behaviors like procrastination, avoidance, and other self-defeating habits. This understanding is an essential first step in developing the tools and coping strategies necessary to become a more successful student.

My style of coaching encourages and challenges students to help them reframe internalized myths about their skills and potential, and help them to cultivate confidence and practice a positive mindset.
